our Company, "Nita's Way", a name our Company Owners
give us for the standards we hold ourselves to in providing fun,
adventure, joy and TOTAL 100% satisfaction to our
Guests joining us on our Tours. Some have told me I bleed Hospitality
blood from
my veins making certain YOU have a FABULOUS time with our wonderful,
entertaining, Western Guides, hand picked to give you the kind of
Tour I want my closest family and friends to experience which is

FAQs
Where do we check in?
With TWO convenient locations to serve our Customers, our Tour
Centers are located in the heart of "Uptown Sedona" at
270 N. Highway 89 A and also at “Midtown Sedona” 150W
HWY 179 near the roundabout. Uptown Sedona offers Shops of all
kinds from Art Galleries to Restaurants to local Native American
mercantile stores and our Midtown Sedona location offers superior
parking and is next to Red Rock BBQ for snacks, lunch or dinner.
When are Tours available?
We’re open 7AM to 7PM March thru October and 7AM to 6PM November
thru February, EVERY day of the year except Christmas day with
scheduled Tours leaving daily in the early morning or midday for
our Sunset Tour.
How far are you from Phoenix?
We are 98 miles from Phoenix with a drive time of about 2 hours.
This is one of the most beautiful scenic drives in Arizona with
the convenience of I-17. Elevation rises from 1,000 feet in Phoenix
to 5,000 feet within 2 hours, with the flora and ecology changing
about every 15-20 miles; a SIGHT to be seen! Along your way,
you also pass by the Native American monuments of Montezuma’s
Well and Montezuma’s Castle. It's a spectacular scenic
journey to enjoy prior to arriving at your Majestic Magical destination
of Beautiful Sedona.
How far are you from Las Vegas?
We are approximately 275 miles from Las Vegas with a drive time
of about 4.5 hours. This is a Historic Drive across Old Route
66 on I-40. You will have several choices of unique and colorful
small towns where you may stop, shop and view on the way. One
extra special stop is Williams, AZ Home to Grand Canyon Railway,
a Red Rock Western Grand Canyon Tour Partner. Your journey then
takes you through historic Flagstaff, AZ and along 89A Oak Creek
Canyon, home to the National State Park of Slide Rock.
How far are you from Flagstaff?
We are 26 miles from Flagstaff with a drive time of about 40 minutes.
This breathtaking voyage is on 89A through Oak Creek Canyon,
a National Treasure. You pass by the State Park of Slide Rock
and drive over the Guinness World Book of Records “most
curved bridge”. The scenic road takes you through a tree
line of seasonal foliage and rock sculptures that will take your
breath away.
Do you need to make a reservation?
Yes, for all Tours leaving early morning you will need a reservation
at least the day or evening before the Tour departs. Our Sunset
Tour is the only tour that leaves midday and it’s possible
to reserve that Tour up to 11:00 AM at either of our two Reservation

What should we wear?
Dress for the season, layers in winter and light clothing for summer.
We also suggest comfortable traction tread shoes or tennis shoes,
hats or visors, sunscreen and sunglasses.
What
should we bring?
Bottled water (plastic), cameras and PLENTY of film. 
Can we bring lunch or dinner items and eat it in the Tour Coach?
Snack items are permitted to bring on your Tour. Depending on your
Tour, and whether you purchased a meal included Tour, you will
be dining either on your own or “meal included” at
preferred vendor locations during the day as described for your
particular Tour choice.
Are smoking or alcoholic beverages
allowed?
There is no smoking or alcohol permitted on our Tour Coaches.
As you journey through your day visiting various locations for
your sightseeing activities there are some areas designated where
smoking and moderate alcoholic beverage usage is permitted.
How many people can go in one Tour Coach?
We seat 9 to 12 plus your Guide. With smaller children a party of
12 are comfortably seated together if that is your desire to keep
a party up to that size together. A minimum of 9 passengers excluding
the Guide is required for exclusive use of a Tour Coach.
Will there be other people on the Tour Coach with my family?
That depends on the size of your Group. If you have less than 9 people,
other passengers may also be on the Tour to fill the Tour Coach
to capacity, giving you a chance to make new friends. If your preference
is privacy, we do offer Private Tours for a minimum of 9 passengers.
Is there a minimum age for children?
Yes, the minimum age is five years. Child rates are available
for children age five through fifteen years old. Children under
16 years old must have a legal adult with them on the Tour. We
do have car seats available. Please let us know in advance if
your child age five or older requires a child seat.
What is the
temperature in the month that we are visiting?
It’s cool to sometimes cold in the winter. In the summer,
dress in light layers and you’ll enjoy the primarily cool
to balmy and sometimes comfortably warm weather though it’s
nice to be in our climate controlled Canyon Coaches anytime of
the year in any weather.
What happens if
it rains?
The showers in our area are usually very brief, but we do carry
rain ponchos in our Tour Coaches.
Are there restrooms at convenient stops?
Our Tours are constructed to include stops at rest room facilities
typically not over one hour between facilities from one Tour location
to the next. We have public restrooms behind our Uptown Center
and in our Midtown Center and suggest you use those before leaving
on your Day Tour.
What is the standard tip for our Tour Guide?
The customary 15% to 20% is greatly appreciated by our Guides;
however, is entirely up to you. Our Guides are here for your
pleasure as their first and foremost priority and it’s
up to you any additional gratuity you feel is appropriate. For
Groups of 10 or more, a gratuity of 15% is added.
Will we walk much on our Tour?
You will have the opportunity to get out of the Tour Coach to stretch,
explore sightseeing locations and to take great photos! Most
Tours have minimal walking. The complete descriptions on each
Tour page will tell you all about what each Tour offers. All
of our Tours have leisurely shopping and dining areas that you’ll
explore as well.
Are Red Rock Western Grand Canyon Tour Coaches and Guides
safe?
Yes! Our Coaches are well maintained by a certified mechanic team
that also maintains the fleet of our Sister Company Red Rock Western
Jeep Tours serving Western Hospitality over 27 years with a flawless
safety record.

Cancellation & Refund
Policies
A credit card is required to complete your reservation. The full
amount of the Tour including tax will be charged to your credit card
upon completion of your reservation.
You may cancel your reservation
for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your reservation date and
a refund will be given to your credit
card.
If you do not call to cancel or change your reservation and
you do not arrive for your tour the full amount of the tour will
remain
as a charge to your credit card.
Should we need to cancel a tour
due to weather, hazardous road conditions, or National Park Service
requests there will be a
refund given
to your credit card.

National Park Service Permit
Red Rock Western Grand Canyon Tours follows all National Park Service
safety, preservation and information requirements including:
- Public
liability insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fire extinguishers and first aid kits
- Regular vehicle inspections
by our own full-time mechanics in our company-owned maintenance
facility
- Department of Transportation Regulations
NOTE: A portion of every
tour dollar is returned to the N.P.S. for preservation, administration
and public information.
